Why purchase a Kaubamajakas gift card?
With a gift card, you give the recipient the freedom to choose their own preferred gift from the wide selection of products and services available at Kaubamajakas.
How to purchase a gift card?
An individual can purchase a gift card from the information desk at Kaubamajakas Hyper Rimi.
To order a gift card for a company, please send the order to info@kaubamajakas.ee, pay by bank transfer, and pick up the gift cards from the information desk at Kaubamajakas Hyper Rimi.
In what amounts are gift cards available?
You can choose a suitable amount for the card between 10 € – 500 €.
- The gift card can be used as a payment method in Kaubamajakas stores and service points.
- The card can be used at multiple sales points until the balance is depleted.
- If the purchase amount exceeds the balance on the card, the difference can be paid in cash or by bank card.

- The amount on the gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The shopping center is not responsible for the loss of the card and any resulting damages.
- The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiration date is marked on the card. The gift card can be extended by one month.

- The gift card is valid in all Kaubamajakas stores except Eurex Currency Exchange, STV, and Teletec.
1. VALIDITY OF THE GIFT CARD
1.1. The gift card is valid for one year (12 months) and can be used to pay for purchases from the moment the gift card is issued to the customer. The expiry date is indicated on the gift card.
2. EXTENSION OF THE VALIDITY OF THE GIFT CARD
2.1. The gift card cannot be renewed until it has expired, i.e., once the expiry date indicated on the gift card has passed.
2.2. An expired gift card may be renewed once, provided that less than 11 months have passed from the expiration and less than 23 months since it was issued.
2.3. The validity of the gift card is extended for one month. Once this month has passed, the gift card will be closed and can no longer be used.
2.4. To renew an expired gift card, please write to info@kaubamajakas.ee. Please indicate the 16-digit number on the expired gift card and the expiration date in your communication. You will be contacted within five working days.
2.5. If there is unused money left on the gift card after the expiration date, a monthly service fee (€0.90) will be applied to store the data on the gift card. The service fee will be deducted from the balance on the gift card. If the money on the gift card has not been used or the validity of the gift card has not been extended within 23 months, the gift card will be closed.
2.6. A closed card cannot be activated or exchanged for cash or a new gift card.
3. REPLACING A DAMAGED GIFT CARD
3.1. A gift card that has been mechanically damaged and cannot be used to pay for a purchase, can be replaced with a new one provided that the 16-digit number on the gift card is legible. The gift card number is illegible if at least one digit cannot be clearly identified.
3.2. The dealer can only replace a damaged gift card before its expiration date.
3.3. When replacing a gift card, the customer receives a new gift card with the same expiration date and balance as the damaged gift card.
3.4. To replace a damaged gift card, write to info@kaubamajakas.ee. Please indicate the 16-digit number on the expired gift card and the expiration date in your communication. You will be contacted within five working days.
4. CHECKING THE BALANCE OF THE GIFT CARD
4.1. The customer can check the balance of the gift card free of charge:
On the screen located in Kaubamajakas Hyper Rimi, on the wall opposite the self-checkout;
On the Kaubamajakas website (www.kaubamajakas.ee/en/kinkekaart-saldo).
In addition to checking the balance, the customer can also see the transactions made with the gift card on the Kaubamajakas website.
