Privacy Policy
Papiniidu Projekt AS (hereinafter Kaubamajakas) is the responsible processor of consumer personal data, a legal entity with registration code 10845997 and address Papiniidu tn 8, 80010, Pärnu City.
These privacy conditions cover the collection and use of client personal data, purposes for sending newsletters and campaign summaries, as well as the collection and use of non-personalized data for web statistics. Kaubamajakas uses all necessary security measures to ensure the protection of personal data as mentioned in these conditions.
Purposes of Collecting, Using, and Processing Personal Data
Personal data refers to data disclosed by clients with their consent. When visiting the Kaubamajakas website, the data collected and stored about the visitor is limited to the internet address of the computer or network used, the web browser and operating system software version, and the time of the visit. IP addresses are not associated with personally identifiable information (non-personalized data).
Data is collected and processed to send newsletters to the client or to conduct analysis related to a completed campaign. When registering for a prize draw (campaign/draw), the following personal data is collected: first and last name, phone number, email address, purchase receipt date, visited store, etc., to contact the client in case of a win. Optionally, it is possible to add yourself to the Kaubamajakas mailing list, where your data will remain. The collected personal data is used to inform the client about Kaubamajakas news, campaigns, offers, and various events, and surveys may be sent to evaluate the quality of services. We may process personal data when necessary to fulfill our legitimate obligation or protect the vital interests of the client or another natural person. Kaubamajakas does not use or disclose client personal data without the client’s consent.
If a client agrees to join the newsletter, their data will be stored indefinitely. All personal data can be removed from our database by notifying us at digimeedia@kaubamajakas.ee.
Client Rights
The client has the right to access their personal data, correct it, withdraw consent to receive the Kaubamajakas newsletter, and request the deletion of their data. For this, contact us at digimeedia@kaubamajakas.ee. The client can also remove themselves from the newsletter recipient list by clicking the corresponding link in each Kaubamajakas newsletter.
In case of questions or complaints regarding the Privacy Policy, the client has the right to contact Kaubamajakas at digimeedia@kaubamajakas.ee. The client has the right to file a complaint about data processing with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate. In all cases, please contact Kaubamajakas first so that we can find an appropriate solution together.
Protection and Security of Personal Data
All personal data provided for prize draws or newsletter subscriptions are treated as confidential information. Access to personal data is only available to authorized processors who provide services to Kaubamajakas and who are obliged to take all necessary security measures when processing personal data.

By using the Kaubamajakas website and providing personal data, the client agrees to these privacy terms.
