What is Kaubamajakas?

Kaubamajakas is a shopping center located by the Pärnu Bay, aimed at providing a simple, high-quality, and fun shopping experience.

Shopping at Kaubamajakas is especially convenient due to its wide range of stores. Here, you can find electronic shops, bookstores, beauty and health products, shoes and bags, clothing, children’s goods, jewelry, watches, and gifts. In addition you can find a number of restaurants at our center.

Kaubamajakas is easy to access. The retail space is located on the ground floor and is on the same level as the parking lot. Whether you have a shopping cart, a large family, or mobility challenges, you won’t need to worry about long stairs or complex corridors here.

Gurmania II floor

We do have a second floor, but thanks to the special elevator and escalator, access is easy and convenient.

Our mystical II floor, Gurmania, consists of five different restaurants. Are you drawn to French cafes or Japanese sushi? Seeking an American dining experience or craving Italian culinary delights? Don’t worry! We love food and believe that recharging your energy is essential for effective shopping.

Our History

May 13, 2004 – the Kaubamajakas shopping center was opened with 31 shops/services.

May 9, 2007 – the Kaubamajakas expansion was opened. The number of tenants increased from 31 to 55.

June 4, 2014 – the third extension of Kaubamajakas was opened.

The restaurant floor “Gurmaania” was added.
The number of tenants increased to 65.
There are approximately 800 parking spaces in total.

In 2024, Kaubamajakas is expanding again.

We are adding 5300 m² of space.
More shops and a large entertainment center will be added.
