Internal rules

Dear visitor of Kaubamajakas!

To ensure that visiting Kaubamajakas is pleasant for you as well of other visitors, we ask you to follow the internal rules of Kaubamajakas during you visit in the centre!

  1. Be polite and helpful towards other visitors. Violation of public order and disturbing other visitors in Kaubamajakas is prohibited!
  2. Do not damage the interior of Kaubamajakas! Do not soil or damage furniture and decorations, keep the interior premises and toilets clean.
  3. Spend your leisure time in cafes, restaurants and other designated places in Kaubamajakas. Sit only in designated places.
  4. Throw garbage into dustbins!
  5. Do not consume alcohol in public premises (except catering facilities selling alcohol). Security staff of Kaubamajakas is entitled to send the persons in the state of alcohol or drug intoxication out from Kaubamajakas.
  6. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is allowed only outdoors in specially designated places.
  7. When coming to Kaubamajakas, leave your pets at home or outside the interior of the centre (except blind person’s guide dog and dog with a muzzle).
  8. Disturbing other people by begging in Kaubamajakas is prohibited.
  9. All visitors have the right to privacy, therefore taking photos and filming in Kaubamajakas is allowed only upon prior permission of the manager of Kaubamajakas – contact telephone +372 44 55 900.
  10. Permission of the manager of Kaubamajakas is also required for offering goods or services for sale in the centre, organization of entertainment or public events, demonstrations, or other performances. Permission of Kaubamajakas is also required for sharing or installing advertising materials in the centre, conducting customer interviews or surveys, or interviewing persons in Kaubamajakas.

  11. Security staff will make notice to the persons ignoring the internal rules of Kaubamajakas. If necessary, the identity of the violators will be ascertained and they will be sent out from the centre.
  12. The manager of Kaubamajakas is entitled not to allow the persons having violated the internal rules to enter the centre. Kaubamajakas is also entitled not to allow the entrance of persons, in case of whom there is reasonable doubt that they would violate the rules or endanger other visitors.
  13. In case of repeated or severe violation of the internal rules of the centre, the violators will be handed over to the police.
  14. Stay in the centre after the request of the manager of Kaubamajakas to leave the centre will be considered illegal entry to private territory, for which criminal liability is specified in the valid legislation of Estonia.
